Document Description
The California Department of Transportation is proposing to conduct an asphalt overlay along segments of Highway 395, in Lassen County. This is a CAPM (Capital Maintenance) project that will rehabilitate pavement, including northbound-on and southbound-off ramps at the intersection of 395 and 70, reconstruct metal beam guard railing (MBGR) remove existing AC surface from the southbound Route 395/70 and place polyester overlay on both Separation Structures. The limits of work are confined between the hinge points of the roadway and shoulders, with the exception of upgrading roadside signs and paving aprons around existing roadside drainage inlets. No additional R/W will be required. No sensitive species or archaeological resources will be impacted by construction of this project.
