Document Description
As required by order of the State Water Resources Control Board (WR95-17) and as part of its commitment to restoring the Lagunitas Creek watershed for salmon, steelhead, and other aquatic and riparian wildlife, the Marin Municipal Water District proposes to construct and maintain several instream fish habitat structures in the Lagunitas Creek and San Geronimo Creek watersheds. MMWD will also implement and maintain several streambank erosion control projects within these watersheds. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2005-0483-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
