Document Description
The project is a modernization of Building 510, commonly referred to as the Photography Building, on the Southwestern Community College (SWC) Campus located in the City of Chula Vista. Building 510 is located in the west central portion of the campus, and is bonded by college facilities on all sides. Building 510, built in 1971, is used exclusively for the photography instructional program.
