Document Description
Acceptance of a 15,000 square-foot lot dedication/donation along the southern side of Bell Creek channel from an adjoining 19-unit development approved by the City of Los Angeles approximately one year ago. The park will provide both wildlife habitat and public access. The park will protect a wintering stopping ground for Canadian geese. Improvements include a nature trail, trailhead, and interpretive kiosk. Public access will be via Sale Avenue. Ultimately, the trail will be a stop on the future Bell Creek Trail on the Los Angeles County Flood Control Right-of-Way.
