Document Description
The proposed project consists of an aquisition of approximately 16.16 acres of undeveloped land located adjacent to Bodie State Historic Park in Mono County. The acquisition of this property will be an addition to the existing State Park. The project will transfer the ownership of land to the California Department of Parks and Recreation to ensure preservation of open space, the natural environment, and remnants of historic mining activities dating from the late 1800's.
