Document Description
The Operator proposes to stabilize approximately 16 linear feet of bank by replacing an existing wall on Dry Creek behind the residence at 1039 Darms Lane, Napa. The new sheetpile wall will be approximately 16 linear feet long by 10 feet to 12 feet high. Steel I-beams will be driven in the same location as the original wood pilings. Blackberries and vinca will be removed from the upper slope. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2005-0167-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
