The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a collocation wireless communications facility consisting of the installation of six (6) antennas on an existing 75+/- foot monopole on 4+/-acres in the RD-2 zone. Four (4) equipment cabinets will be placed adjacent to the existing communication facility and surrounded by a 6-foot tall chain link fence.
