Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Special Development Permit to allow deviations from the development standards of the Zoning Code for a 58-unit apartment complex on 2.33 +/- acres in the LC and RD-20 zones. This project is an expansion of an existing 38-unit apartment complex by an additional 20 residential units. This review will include consideration of a Density Bonus to allow the development to exceed the permitted density by two (2) units.
