Document Description
Caltrans and Federal Highway Administration will place an asphalt-concrete thin blanket 30mm) over the full width of the existing roadway, including paved shoulders. Other construction activities included in this project will be: repairing digouts, restoring count stations, raising guard-rails and upgrading the end treatments, backing shoulders, and adjusting drainage inlets to match new pavement height. In addition, selected road signs will be changed to retro-reflective and sign posts will be replaced as necessary.
