The project will remove a barrier to fish passage and restore and enhance spawning habitat for salmon and steelhead by replacing the existing concrete stream ford crossing with a steel frame bridge across Little Browns Creek. There will be no significant adverse impact to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site. The project will not result in cumulatively significant impacts. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
