Document Description
The Capital Facilities Fees are necessary to provide a source of revenue by which new development within the City will contribute a fair and proportionate share of the cost of providing infrastructure and community facilities. The existing Capital Facilities Fees program is being updated to establish fees for the recently annexed Central Lathrop area and to adjust the existing fees for inflationary fluctuations and updated project costs.
