The Western Area Power Administration's proposal to conduct Right-of-Way maintenance on seven 230-kilovolt (kV) transmission lines and one 115-kV line along with access roads in the Sacramento valley. Under the proposed action, Western would expand the set of maintenance methods currently used to promote the development of low-growing vegetation communities within its ROW.
