Document Description
The City of American Canyon is proposing to develop and adopt a Master Plan for approximately 364 acres in the Oat Hill area of the City. The Master Plan will contemplate development scenarios which will serve as in-fill between residential areas to the south and the Green Island Business Park and Napa County Airport to the north. The Land Use Plans propose a combination of residential, commercial, light industrial, and public uses as well as up to 1,611 new dwelling units.
