Document Description
The project consists of the upgrade of the park facilities to create a community center within the open space of the 10-acre park site. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 would involve construction of an approximately 3,000 square foot multipurpose building, an outdoor spray park feature approximately 50-feet in diameter, a shade sail (steel posts with fabric cover for shade and aesthetics), additional walkways and a landscape retrofit for the building, irrigation, and trees.
