The proposed project includes the redevelopment of an approximately 28 +/- acre site with an approximately 364,300 square-foot commercial shopping center, including two, big-box retail buildings (i.e., Wal-mart and Lowe's Home Improvement), 1,368 parking spaces, site landscaping, and on-and off-site improvements. Five driveways distributed along the approximate 1,100 foot Arnold Industrial Way site frontage would provide ingress and egress access to the site. The eight existing parcels on the project site would be reconfigured into five new parcels, three of which will be small tenant pads for future retail and restaurant uses.
