- CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0189-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East contra Costa County Habitat Conservancy, as represented by Abigail Fateman. Project activities authorized under this Agreement are limited to restoring the stream channel by filling the incised man-made channel that traverses the site; reestablishing the apparent historic channel as the main drainage channel; restoring the upper portion of the main channel; and adaptive management of installed features over the course of the term of the Agreement.
