Horse Valley Creek and Wetland Restoration Project (Project# 2017149). The Project will restore the ecological functions of Horse Valley by removing an elevated asphalt road that bisects the valley, and includes the restoration of 2.19 acres of seasonal wetlands, and the realigning 3,000 feet of creek channel that will create habitat for state and federally listed species in the region.
