Project will restore 3.45 acres of riparian habitat with native trees, shrubs, and groundcover and native grass. The west bank of Marsh Creek will be excavated to create a restored floodplain and bio-filtration wetlands. The project will develop a decomposed or crushed gravel loop trail and nature trail and install a pedestrian bridge. The project is within the scope of the EIR prepared and certified by the East Contra Costa Habitat Conservation Plan Association.
