Document Description
The proposal is to develop a private high school campus encompassing approximately 32 acres. The campus consists of classrooms, chapel, administrative offices, performing and visual arts facilities, sports fields, and 816 parking spaces shared between three parking areas. The remaining approximately 90 acres, including both arroyos, will be permanent open space.
