DTSC has issued the renewal of a RCRA Hazardous Waste Facility Permit for the General Chemical. This permit authorizes General Chemical to continue to operate a hazardous waste storage facility to 1) collect hazardous wastewaters in below-ground sumps, 2) commingle wastewaters in two above-ground storage tanks, and 3) store hazardous wastewaters in two above-ground tanks for up to one year.
