Document Description
Westside Project: This project would develop a 151-acre site with 452 low-density dwelling units, 154 medium-density dwelling units, and 167 high-density dwelling units. This project would include a 10-acre school site, a 4.7 acre site for the City-planned aquatic center, and approximately 18 acres of parks and park basins.
Southwest Gateway Project: This project would develop a 257-acre site with 941 low-density dwelling units, and 340 high-density dwelling units. This project would include a 15-acre school site, and approximately 38 acres of parks and park basins.
Other Areas to be Annexed: The Draft EIR will also include an analysis of of the annexation of 12 additional parcels, a total of 47 acres, adjacent to the Southwest Gateway project area. No specific development plans are proposed for these parcels at this time. These parcels are proposed for annexation to avoid the creation of a county island. As part of the annexation these parcels will be pre-zoned for residential development.
