An 11.5 +/- acre portion of the site will be "Not a Part of the Subdivision" (NAPOTS) and will remain RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre density). Concurrently requested is approval to divide 95.9 +/- acres into 124 single family lots, five common area lots that includes the lake, roads, well parcels and a water treatment and tank lot.
