Document Description
The project is a proposal by the South Lake Tahoe Redevelopment Agency to amend the South Lake Tahoe Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 (or Redevelopment Plan). This amendment would be the third amendment to the Redevelopment Plan. Purpose of the amendment is to extend the limit on the maximum amount of tax increment that may be collected within the Project Area and the bonded indebtedness cap, and repeal the time limit on incurring debt.
