Document Description
The Fish and Game Commission adopts three regulations for the Dept. of Fish and Game's Lake Davis Pike Eradication Project. DFG approved the project after certification and consideration of the EIR. The Commission approved the following regulations that add Subsection (b) (53.8) to Section 7.50, Title 14, California Code of Regulations to temporarily increase the daily bag limit at Lake Davis from five to ten trout per day prior to treatmetn of the reservoir.
