Document Description
Approval of Tentative Map and Subdivision for 30 residential villages with a total of 1,788 single-family residential lots, 556 active adult lots, and 745 multi-family units (HD Residential). Road improvements associated with development of the project include the construction of local streets, alleys and driveways, as well as off-site improvements to adjacent sections of El Centro and Del Paso roads. A centrally located 25.9 acre lake will be used for storm water detension and will also funcition as open space.
