Document Description
Located in the northeastern portion of the City of Redwood City, the project proposes the replacement of the existing 121,400 square foot (sf) retail building with a 148,663 sf retail building and a fueling center that would include 16 fuel positions within the 12.71-acre site. In addition, the project would provide 776 surface parking spaces and include road improvements along Middlefield Road between Woodside Expressway and the eastern edge of the proposed site.
