Document Description
The proposed project is the Downtown Gilroy Specific Plan which is considered an infill and redevelopment project intended to be built out over 20 or more years. The project provides guidance for implementing development within the planning area and includes an implementation action plan which identifies specific improvement projects, their priority, and who is responsible for implementation. The project could result in the addition of 1,576 multi-family dwelling units (5,358 people), and approximately 994,495 square feet of non-residential structures.
