- The applicant is requesting approval to begin construction from the east and to transfer density from two Phases in the middle of the Riolo Vineyards Specific Plan (RVSP) area to Parcel J. Parcel J contains ~ 30.4 acres and was previously shown in the RVSP to include 87 lots. The current plan proposed by the applicant is to transfer 9 lots from Phase E and 11 lots from Phase F to Parcel J, resulting in a total of 107 lots for Parcel J. The overall construction of 933 units for the plan area will remain the same.
