Document Description
Riolo Vineyard Specific Plan proposes to develop a residential community which would open space and recreational components in an unincorporated area of southern Placer County, CA. The project is an application for a Specific Plan, tentative subdivision map, and related entitlements to develop this residential community. The Specific Plan would also provide for the future development of commercial and residential uses on parcels within the Specific Plan area not controlled by the applicant.
