Amendment of the Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort Master Plan 1996 to expand summer and winter uses. The purpose of the proposed MPA 05 is to improve the overall quality of the visitor experience at the resort, creating an improved, multi-seasonal visitor and skier/snowboarder experience that is competitive with the experience offered by other destination resorts and that reflects current market trends and preferences.
