Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a land use permit to allow construction of the Clean Fuels Expansion Project at the ConocoPhillips San Francisco Refinery. The CFEP includes new equipment and modifications to existing equipment that would enable the Refinery to process Heavy Gas Oil, which is a by-product that is currently produced onsite and exported. Implementation of the CFEP would allow overall Refinery Production to increase by up to 1,000,000 gallons per day.
