Document Description
Purissima Hills Water District approved the Water Suplpy Agreement by its Resolution No. 2009-3 on June 10, 2009. The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) approved the Agreement by its Resolution No. 09-0069 on April 28, 2009. The Agreement sets forth the terms by which the SFPUC will provide, and the wholesale water customers will purchase, water from the San Francisco Regional Water system for a term of 25-years.
