This document analyzes a section of the Project along Moraga Road where pipeline construction would require full road closure with restricted access. The section starts at Nemea Court (at the north end) where the pipeline enters Moraga Road and ends where Moraga Road intersects with Sky-Hy Road. Also analyzed is a proposed change in construction method at the intersection of Rheem Boulevard and Moraga Road to open trench construction.
