Document Description
EBMUD is pursuing the WTTIP to address water treatment, transmission and distribution system needs in EBMUD's service area, particularly in Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, and western Walnut Creek through. Upgrades at EBMUD's WTPS in El Sobrante and Oakland area also addressed. The project objectives include EBMUD's goals for water quality, regulatory compliance, existing and future water demands, environmental responsibility, long-term reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
