The applicant will replace an existing water pipeline crossing and associated bank stabilization at Lauterwasser Creek. Work will occur within an EBMUD easement on two private properties at 557 Miner Road and 85 Van Ripper Lane in Orinda, CA. The existing pipeline and concrete encasement will be removed, the trench widened, and the pipe replaced in-kind with a new 16-inch pipe.
