Document Description
The purpose of the Water Treatment and Transmission Improvement Program (WTTIP) is to address water treatment, transmission and distribution system needs in Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, and western Walnut Creek through 2030. The project objectives include EBMUD's goals for water quality, changing regulations, existing and future water demands, environmental responsibility, long-term reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
