Document Description
The proposed project includes the request for various entitlements that would result in the annexation and change of land uses on approximately 587+/- acres south of the City limits between the Deep Water Ship Channel and the Sacramento River. Implementation of the proposed project is expected to require a General Plan Amendment, Southport Framework Plan Amendment, Prezoning, Zoning Amendments, Sphere of Influence Amendment, Annexation and Tentative Map Approval.
