Reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) by implementing Rule 4694 to regulate Wine Fermenation and Storage Tanks as committed to in the State Implementation Plans for ozone and particulate matter. Rule would apply to all wineries within the SJVUAPCD. Implementation of the Rule would result in annual emissions reductions of 224 to 262 tons per year of VOC.
