Document Description
On July 19, 2007 the University adopted a MND for the Sue and Bill Gross Hall (formerly the Irvine Biomedical Research Facility Building Four). The project involved the buildout of ~12,700 gsf of shell space remaining on the building's fourth floor. The project would provide ~10,600 additional assignable sf (asf), including faculty office space, conference space, and research laboratories and associated support space.
