Document Description
The project site is located west of SR-99, southeast of the City of Madera in unincorporated Madera County. The annexation area includes all land within the project site (250.6 acres), plus 18 parcels (49.55 acres) located north of the project site for a total of 300.2 acres. This annexation area is bound by SR-99 to the northeast, the city limit line to the north and west, the proposed Hazel Avenue extension to the south, and Road 28 1/4 to the east.
