Document Description
Combined Development Permit consisting of (1) a standard subdivision of 33 lots; (2) construction of 28 single family dwellings (85% of the subdivision) under the CHISPA "Self-Help Program," targeted toward low and very-low income families; (3) construction of 5 single family homes (15% of the subdivision) targeted toward moderate-income families; and (4) expansion of San Lucas sewage capacity to accommodate the proposed 34 units (to be increase incrementally for later chispa projects). As a project providing 100% affordable housing, the applicant is requesting permit fee waivers from each of the county land-use agencies. The project is located on the eastern edge of the community of San Lucas, northeast of the intersection of Highway 198 and Main Street.
