Document Description
Reuse and redevelopment of a 92-acre site used for manufacturing with a range of light industrial, business park, retail, and/or other commercial uses. The site is currently developed with approximately 2.56 million square feet of buildings and industrial facilities, and most of the existing buildings will be reused. The new uses are anticipated to comprise between 1.9 and 2.55 million square feet, resulting in either a similar amount of square footage as currently exists on the site or a reduction in square footage up to 25%.
