Document Description
Reuse and redevelopment of a 92-acre site used for manufacturing with a range of industrial, research/development, commercial, retail, and/or office uses. The site is currently developed with approximately 2.56 million square feet of buildings and industrial facilities, and most of the existing buildings will be reused. The new uses are anticipated to total up to approximately 1.92 million square feet, or 25% less than the existing square footage on the site.
