Present land use consists of a middle school and vacant land. The site is zoned RM-Residential Medium on the northern portion and RS-Residential Suburban on the southern portion. The General Plan designates the project site for residential uses.
Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction and operation of a new high school and new middle school on approximately 105 acres, which include the existing site of the Curtis Middle School. The high school is planned for 2,700 students supported by 300 faculty and staff. The middle school is planned for 1,200 students served by 133 faculty and staff.
