Document Description
Multi-family residential housing community consisting of 1,950 dwelling units in 3-4 story buildings with 850 units restricted to seniors over 55 years in age (pursuant to Cal. Civil Code Section 51.3); 10,000 square feet of private retail uses; 6-acre park to be dedicated to the City of Los Angeles; and approximately 5 acres of common areas and parks for residents. The Project would also provide road connecting Mary Star of the Sea High School to Western Avenue. The Project requests a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, Vesting Tentative Tract Map, and Development Agreement.
