Del Lago Elementary school is zoned and designated "Community Facility" in the City of Mission Viejo General Plan. The proposed project site is within the existing school campus, and no new property would be acquired.

Document Description
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District (District), as the Lead Agency, proposes to complete the following additions and improvements at the existing Del Lago Elementary School: (1) the addition of seven classrooms in new single-story relocatable buildings; (2) the construction of two permanent classrooms in a new single-story building; (3) the relocation of an existing relocatable to another location on-site; and (4) the addition of a new parking lot. The proposed project is intended to upgrade and enhance the existing school site.
