Document Description
The proposed improvements consist of site modifications, both on land and in the water, in-water improvements involve the construction of two steel or concrete fingers to support a Marine Travelift for vessels up to 660 tons and the removal of five floating docks and associated anchor pilings. In-water modification would take place entirely within the boatyard's leased area that is protected by a wave attenuation wall and referred to as the "boat basin."
