The southeast corner of the project site is designated as commercial retail, northeast corner as conservation, center portion west of Foothill Boulevard as open space-recreation. The remainder of the project site is designated as Medium Density Residential.
Document Description
The amended land use plan would replace the 13.4 acres of commercial uses allowed by the adopted Specific Plan with additional residential development. The amount of land designated for residential uses would increase from 40.8 to 53.0 acres and the number of residential units allowed in these areas would increase from 190 to 315 units. The project includes 3.8 acres of open space and 4.1 acres of parks, similar to the adopted Specific Plan.
