Document Description
The proposed project includes the creation of a revitalized Civic Park within the 16-acre Los Angeles County Civic Mall; streetscape improvements along Grand Avenue between Fifth Street and Cesar Chavez Avenue to attract and accommodate more pedestrian traffic; and development of five parcels. Projected land uses on the five parcels consist of a combination of residential, retail, office and hotel uses.
