Document Description
Review Per Lead. Site Development Permit is being requested to construct a two-story, approximately of 9,423sf office building with associated parking. The project would also construct various site improvements, which includes associated hardscape, retaining walls and landscaping. The 4.94 acre project site is located just east of the terminus of Scheidler Way in teh MV-CO (Commercial Office) and RS-1-1 (Singel Family Residential) Zones within the Mission Valley Planned District of the Mission Valley Community Plan area. (Legal Lot 1 of Nagel tract Unit No.2 subdivision, Map 4737). The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous water sites.
